Group Classes
Weekly Group classes:
Omeo Community Hall, Omeo, VIC 3898 for one hour every Tuesday at 6pm.
These classes focus on functional movements to prepare you for a yoga flow with a little bit of strength building for good measure. With many variations offered throughout the class you can take it at your own pace and work a bit harder if you want to! You will come away feeling awareness in your body and grounded for the rest of the week.
BYO mat, other props are provided.

Private Classes
Private sessions are available in the Anglers Rest and Omeo region.
I will come to your home/holiday cabin and bring mat and props - all you need is space and an hour of peace and quiet!
I will listen to how you would like yoga to complement your life (or holiday!) and work with you to do just that!
$65/hour ($15 per additional person)
